Piacenza cured meats arrived at the German market

Great interest of German buyers and consumers for the Piacenza POD cured meats of Salumificio Pèveri Carlo at the Internorga fair in Hamburg.

At the stand of the Italian Pavilion at Internorga, operators lined up for the tasting of the aromatic salami line "I Peverissimi", both the "fresh" version to be boiled or grilled, according to the German taste, and the seasoned one to be cut.

Two of the products on display have been awarded with the Bellavita Internorga Award 3 stars: La Mandola and the Ars Creandi Sausage to be cooked. They are excellent, artisan and high quality products that are correctly perceived in Italy, and gradually also abroad.

It is no coincidence that “I Salumi d’Italia 2019“ included the Pancetta Piacentina POD of Peveri among the 44 best salamis in Italy.

In the past few days, Peveri's Piacenza cold cuts have permanently entered the offer of the Bellavita Shop in London, a well-known meeting place for foodies in the center of the English Capital. The shop, which also includes Cibus and Vinitaly, is run by the Bellavita exhibition, which promotes Italian food and beverage products in ten big cities abroad
