Double victory at the World Cheese Awards for Asiago PDO Fresco, which won the prestigious title "Super Gold" and Asiago PDO Old Seasoned with the title "Silver".
After the victory in 2017 of the title "Super Gold", obtained from an Asiago PDO aged 24 months raw milk, the 2018 edition confirms the effectiveness of the action of the dairies and the Consortium who believe in a high quality production combined with an enhancement based on the unique and identifying elements of the product and led, at the World Cheese Awards 2018, to a double recognition, both for Asiago Fresco for 30 days and for Asiago Stagionato Vecchio for 13 months.
