Flavors, colors and fragrances of Sardinia has been the core of the tasting tour proposed by Chef Fabio Groppi for Aromatica Restaurant Lounge Bar, the concept of the CIR food group in collaboration with CHIC, Charming Italian Chef, from April 18th to May 17th .
The Chef of the Escargot Restaurant in Costa Rei, near Cagliari, brought the typical products of Sardinia to Milan through refined dishes prepared with excellent raw materials. After Marco Sacco, Enrico Gerli and Matteo Maenza, Fabio Groppi has been the fourth protagonist of Aromatica's monthly “gourmet panel”, the recently opened restaurant in Scalo Milano City Style in Locate di Triulzi.
A restaurant where, thanks to the collaboration with CHIC, every thirty days you can savor new and different menus, made by important Italian interpreters of Italian cousine who have the task of promoting the flavors and the food culture by bringing in one place the various regional food traditions.
