Oleificio Zucchi brings its oils to “Fai la cosa giusta!”

Oleificio Zucchi brings the unique taste of its products at "Fai la cosa giusta!", the national fair of critical consumption and ecofriendly lifestyles, which is held from the 10th to 12th of March in Milan.
The Zucchi oils will be the ingredient of the rich calendar of courses and cooking shows that will animate the three days of the fair, where even the most mouthwatering recipes will be strictly "green style".
Among the events not to miss, those arranged by FunnyVegAcademy: six courses signed by popular chefs such as Simone Salvini, Ayurvedic cuisine guru, Stefano Broccoli, vegan pastry chef of La Dolcevita from Bergamo, biker chef Giuseppe Tortorella, author of a veggie street food, the experimental chef Luca André, Mara Boredom – nutritionist cook and therapist - and the foodblogger Giulia Giunta.
"This year we want to be here to "do the right thing": we share with this fair fundamental values such as the respect for the environment, ethics, the continuous search for quality and safety",  explains Giovanni Zucchi, Oleificio Zucchi vice president  - "Moreover our oils, made in full compliance with social and environmental sustainability, and no pesticide residues, are fully traceable through a code on each bottle”, he adds.
