New products for Azienda Agricola Bertinelli

The Azienda Agricola Bertinelli, historically producing Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in the province of Parma, launches two new products: Millesime Cru Parmigiano Reggiano made with the most nutritious milk from the cow's early lactation period, and Il Senza, a fresh cheese produced using the same supply chain as Parmigiano Reggiano, without additives, preservatives, sugar or gluten. An innovative product, suitable for the diets of those who are lactose intolerant, diabetics, and people with coeliac disease. A cheese which is also produced with vegetable rennet for those who have specific food or ethical requirements, and that is completing the procedures to obtain the religious kosherandhalal certifications that will open up potential new markets.

Bertinelli - with a turnover of approximately € 14 million - sells in Europe, America, Russia and Japan, with a 15% export share.
