Lunigiana Preziosa s.r.l. produces artisan specialties of the Lunigiana historical Italian region in full respect of ancient Pontremoli cuisine. All the specialties produced by this company have a common feature: they satisfy the increasingly growing demand for natural and they are a true answer to the values of the ancient culinary tradition.
The range of these handicrafts specialties, which are marketed and distributed under the name Acqua Farina & Fantasia, are divided into three categories of product, based on the flour they are made of and they are characterized by the flavor and the texture: testaroli and panigacci (wheat flour), castagnaccio e pattoncine (chestnut flour), farinata e ceciotte (chickpea flour).
