Latte Arborea strengthens its presence towards Asia, with China as a reference market to export its product range also in neighboring countries such as Vietnam, Korea and Southeast Asia in general. The first Sardinian dairy company will implement the new strategies, participating in the main international trade fairs, China International Import Expo (CIIE) and FHC China 2018.
Through both events the 3A cooperative wants to strengthen its presence in the popular Eastern and Southern countries, trying to increase its turnover, which today is worth 5 million euros, intensifying the already active partnerships with local importers and developing new ones. The market segments where to place its products are mainly retailer (retail and great dsitribution chains) and food service (catering and horeca).
"China and Southeast Asia in general - explain Gianfilippo and Francesco Casula, president and general manager of Latte Arborea - are more and more important for our company with a view to strengthen exports, both for the various and growing economic context, both because the East scenario is more and more inclined to know the food industries like ours, where the genuineness of the productions is an essential element".
From 14 to 17 November, Latte Arborea stopped also in Vietnam for Vietnam Foodexpo 2018, the most important local trade fair dedicated to the agro-food sector, with the aim of intensifying its presence in this market by creating agreements with retailer and catering firms.
