Farmo and the offer of gluten-free regional pastries

Farmo remakes the best regional pastries recipes in a gluten free key with the Linea di Pasticceria range, an offer of high quality biscuits made with high quality ingredients at the plant of Casorezzo, near Milano.

The first born in Farmo's home were gluten-free Pasticceria’s Cantucci: almond biscuits, unique for toasted taste and crunchiness. Made with fresh eggs, roasted almonds, cow butter (without added oils or other added fats) and then the gluten-free Pasticceria’s Melighe, a specialty from Piemonte made with corn flour.

Both biscuits are in 150g pack: the small size raises the value of the biscuit, linked to special occasions.

Two new high-quality flagship products that combine the best taste and healthy qualities have been presented last March in the ready meal and smart eating categories. Farmo was present at Foodex with the Italian collective arranged by ICE, the Italian agency for the trade abroad. The Japanese event has been an opportunity for the gluten free product firm to strengthen its presence in the country and to open new business channels in the Far East.
