This project concerns interactive tasting and cooking lessons aimed at showing the consumer how to recognize a quality product. In every lesson, the participants, guided by sommeliers of pasta, will learn how to compare a high quality industrial product to a lower level one and will be involved in an interactive cooking lesson where they will identify the secrets for preparing a perfect pasta dish.
