From September 29th to October 1st the town of Bressanone/Brixen will host the Bread and Strudel Market, dedicated to one of the foods that boast in South Tyrol a long, still alive and felt tradition. The event this year turns 15 and during its three days there will be time to see, touch, smell and taste from the famous crusty rye bread, to the pusterese loaf and the venostana loaf in pairs, all of them with the South Tyrol Quality Mark, which guarantees the use of natural ingredients and local cereals. Even this year, the Market of Bread and Strudel Alto Adige will be a Green Event, which will be organized and schedules according to sustainable criteria such as the use of organic products and intelligent waste management.
