Design by Guzzini, quality of Hausbrandt coffee, and reliability of Bofrost: the project that combines the strengths of three excellences is a new Italian coffee machine. Edoardo Roncadin, President of Bofrost Italy, explains: “Bofrost strongly wanted this exclusive product, dedicated to its customers. We realized this project in collaboration with Guzzini and Hausbrandt. Guzzini was responsible for the realization of the machine, designed by designer Carlo Colombo; Hausbrandt is supplier of patented capsules. Up to now, over 15,000 coffee machines were booked and are already being distributed, at the rate of about 1,000 a day. However, the trend allows assuming a strong increase in sales, which could reach 20,000 pieces. At present, the machine is already being distributed throughout the Country, but it is certainly found interesting in other European Countries where Bofrost is present with its own sales network”.

Hausbrandt created for Bofrost a selection of coffee and such drinks as barley, chamomile, and tea with lemon. The totally recyclable capsules boast a patented Hausbrandt system. Packaging, too, is eco-friendly. It is realized in certified FSC cardboard, which facilitates the sustainable management of raw material.
