The Consortium Olio Garda POD new oil will debut during SOL&AGRIFOOD, at Verona fair, held from the 9th to 12th of April.
“The Garda 2016 - explains Andrea Bertazzi, Consortium Olio Garda POD president - was one of the most abundant of recent years. At the beginning of the season there was a threat from the oil fly that we were able to stem with timely and targeted treatments. The growers were able to preserve olive oil and quality. The result is a fruity oil, green in color between the light and the average, with a good balance between bitter, spicy and sweet”.
During the four-day fair at the stand of the Consortium there will be some companies of the Consortium: Azienda Agricola Marchese di Canossa, Società Agricola Il Cavaliere, Azienda Agricola Venturini Paolo, Cooperativa Agricola San Felice, Società Agicola. Rocca Pietro & Rita, Oleificio Cisano.
