Through its GustaMente brand, Taste Italy offers the excellence of Italian territory, in particular the one of Emilia Romagna, according to a healthy vision, free from allergens and ingredients potentially critical to the body. Moreover, the products are high in fiber, rich in protein and have a low sugar content.

“We have the only facility in the world dedicated exclusively to the production of gluten-free pasta (stuffed or not), thus getting rid of the risk of cross contamination”, said Antonio Montanini, President of Taste Italy Srl, which added: “With this important agreement we will be able to develop our presence on the Italian territory and enter the European and American markets. Moreover major investments in research and innovation to broaden the offer will also be financed”.
