The Golden Bio apple is easily recognizable by its characteristic ‘red blush’ peeping through the typical amber color of the fruit. It has a juicy, crisp and tasty pulp and it is the ideal food within a healthy diet.
Like all the other Val Venosta apples, the Golden Bio is grown in a natural oasis with a unique microclimate, which offers more than 300 days of sunshine per year, less than 500 mm of annual rainfall and a strong temperature range between day and night. The ideal conditions for the production of apples occur between 500 and 1000 meters above sea level, amidst beautiful landscapes. The cultivation also follows a natural method: the organic production with only natural techniques of cultivation in order to provide healthy apples, not contaminated, rich in macronutrients and free of toxic residues.
