Galup took the first place in two categories at the ISM Awards 2017: Best packaging for an international product, Chocolate with Loop, and Best Innovation Product-Bakery with Oleum Line.
The panel of the competion, composed of journalists and industry experts, recognized the originality of the hi-tech Loop capsule, a dark chocolate praline of Galup birth by an innovative idea: the combination of goodness and design. Each praline is enclosed in a particular capsule, which preserves freshness and softness, fragrance and flavor. The capsules are available individually or in pipes.
Oleum, the new Galup line of light and tasty products available throughout the year, was also awarded.
The award ceremony of the "ISM Awards - The excellence of Made in Italy" was held in Cologne during ISM.
To celebrate its 95th birthday the company has a couple of news to share. First of all, an Anniversary Colomba (an Italian Easter cake in form of a dove), a Pop Colomba, designed by star chef Davide Oldani, the Spring and Illustrated editions, the Kids and Organic line. The Anniversary Colomba will have a special pack, an elegant red box that will contain the traditional Easter cake, garnished with handmade Piemonte’s hazelnuts PGI glaze, enriched with whole roasted almonds and granulated sugar.
A ladybug will be the testimonial of the Spring Edition and will decorate the wrappers, that in the Illustrated Edion will be enriched by retro style images and boxes. For younger people, Kids Line will have a 100gr and a 750gr doves with milk chocolate and a box to color with a crayons kit included.
There will be also a Whole Colomba and a Organic Colomba, made by using ingredients by stricly certified organic agricolture.
