Fraccaro Spumadoro was one of the exhibitor at Biofach fair in Nuremberg, the heart of the European organic market, to show its the latest innovations: the organic gluten-free Colomba and the Moscato poached Veneziana.
The first big news, designed for those who suffer from food intolerance to gluten, is organic certified by ICEA and entered the Register of gluten-free products issued by the Ministry of Health. To ensure the highest quality of the organic gluten-free Colomba, the company set a dedicated laboratory and a special oven up, to prevent any kind of contamination with products and flours that contain gluten.
Soft and supple, full of candied orange peels and covered with a crunchy icing sugar and almonds, the organic gluten-free Colomba guarantees all the taste of the authentic Easter cake. It is packaged in an elegant white box, decorated with spring floral decorations and made exclusively with ingredients from 100% organic farming: eggs, butter, brown sugar, rice flour, honey and natural flavors.
The Moscato poached Veneziana is characterized by a sweet, soft dough, according to the most authoritative Venetian tradition. A delicate Moscato cream embellishes a mixture obtained from the slow rising of the yeast, which differs from "focaccia" for the special softness given by the increased amount of butter.
