The Consortium for the Protection of PGI Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil was born in 1997 at the initiative of some Tuscan olive growers. Today, after twenty years of activity, it gathers nearly 11,000 associates and promotes Tuscan extra virgin olive oil both in Italy and abroad
