The first pop up eat-store with pasta 100% Made in Italy opens in Milan

The Pasta Armando pop up store, will open from the 1st of May to the 30th of June 2015, in Corso Garibaldi 117, the Milan area that will have an increase of international audience thanks to the Expo that starts on the same day. The shop will be a mix between retail and restaurant.

Typical Italian style
The shop will be open every day from 11 am to 11 pm. It will be very simple, the highlight will be the typical Italian style that customers will be able to find inside in order to learn about Pasta Armando's unique pasta and philosophy. The materials are in natural style (wood, straw, ear corn) with soft tone colors. Clients will have the opportunity to enjoy fresh pasta dishes prepared with Pasta Grano Armando by the chef Fabrizio Camer served with irpini wines from the Mastroberardino, Villa Rajano and Feudi di San Gregorio companies.
Inside the store there will also be a corner where you will be able to buy the Grano Armando packs in limited edition created to celebrate Expo 2015.

The Grano Armando pasta's characteristics
Available in 15 shapes, from the classic one (both long and short) to the traditional ones (craft). It is produced only with Italian wheat, with high content of protein (minimum 14.5%, compared to the minimum of 12.5% established by the law) and a high index of gluten, essential parameters for cooking resistance. Distributed in Italy and abroad, it has a special pack, fully biodegradable and disposable with food waste.
