Pastificio Mazzarini launches gluten free and organic frozen pasta

The Pastificio Mazzarini is a small company located in Regione Marche where ehists a long tradition for pasta depending on quality of local water. They produce fresh pasta and gastronomy having improved production tecnhique. Pastificio Mazzarini is specialized in frozen pasta production gluten free and ranges from short to large sizes, from long pasta to gnocchi. All the product are realized con first quality ingredients and without preservatives. The principal aim is to satisfy taste and wellness needs coming from a customer more and more sensible to healthy food.

Now it comes out a new line that join all the above mentioned characteristic with the join of Organic certification: 7 different products Gnocchi di patate, Ravioli ricotta e spinaci, Ravioli di carne, Cappelletti di carne, Tagliatelle all'uovo, Strozzapreti all'uovo, Gramigna all'uovo.
