Parmigiano Reggiano new partner of JRE

For the next three years, the Consortium for the protection of Parmigiano Reggiano will be a partner of the Jeune Restaurateur d'Europe association, the European network that brings together the best and the youngest representatives of high gastronomy.

The association, founded in France in the mid-seventies, now has more than 350 affiliated restaurants in 15 countries.
The spirit of the agreement between the Consortium and JRE is not a "sponsorship", but the Consortium aims to involve JRE members in moments of training and education aimed at discovering the features that make Parmigiano Reggiano unique and different from others cheese and so versatile in the kitchen.
For this reason, masterclasses  will be organized to highlight the specificities of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, from biodiversity to food cost, cutting, preservation and enhancement on the menu.
