This is the thought expressed by Alfonso Pepe, the owner, alongside with his two brothers Prisco and Giuseppe, and his sister Anna, of the company Pepe Mastro Dolciere, born in the 80s at Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino, in the province of Salern0. Thanks to Pepe brothers' passion and commitment, it has become a leading company in the domain of artisan confectionery and leavened sweets for special occasions. Alfonso Pepe states: «We wanted to create something unique, personalized recipes, which could be found only in our store. When we consider all the awards we have received, I think we can claim we have succeeded».

From the classic Panettone, linked to its territory of origin thanks to the compliance with the specification, and enriched with citrus coming from the land of Campania, other versions of artisan Panettone are produced:
