Chef Raul Liu introduces Grana Padano in Shanghai

The Grana Padano fascinates Shangai, in one of the most important stages among the initiatives organized within EUPERTE, the promotion project organized with the Parma Ham Consortium and financed by the European Union to promote the excellence of Made in Italy abroad. On November 16th, Grana Padano DOP with Parma Ham was the protagonist of a day dedicated to specialists in the sector, starring chef Raul Liu, in his role of Brand Ambassador in China of the two products.

With his participation in television and radio programs, Liu introduced the Italian and European cuisine to the Chinese public.
"We have to start and consolidate with patience a dense network of contacts - explains the president of the Consortium for the protection of Grana Padano, Nicola Cesare Baldrighi - We are aware that consumers are the ultimate goal, but to win their trust we need to make ourselves known and appreciated by those who condition their consumption in Japan and in China".
Grana Padano and Prosciutto di Parma have chosen to address the three-year project to the Asian market and in particular to Japan, China and Hong Kong, proposing initiatives that, alongside participation in fairs, include industry events, in-store tastings, training seminars, advertising, relations with the organs of information and communication through social media.
