Carozzi Formaggi is one of the exhibitors of the Winter Fancy Food, the West Coast trade show that brings, among others, even the best of Italian products. Three days in San Francisco, at the end of January, to find out the trend of 2017 and make Americans and visitors from all over the world fall in love with cheeses made in Valsassina.
The United States are a very important market for Carozzi Formaggi whose exports accounts the 16% of the whole sales volume with an estimated 1.8 milion euros (600 thousands only in the U.S.).
The success outside the national borders comes not only from the American country.
At the end of last year, Carozzi Formaggi won 4 awards at the World Cheese Awards: the gold medal with Cremiziola and Taleggio DOP Baita Tradizionale, the silver thanks to Capriziola and the bronze with Tomina di Capra.
