From the 13th to the 15th of May near Treviso, in Santa Lucia di Piave there will be the second edition of “Gourmandia – Le Terre Golose del Gastronauta", festival created by David Paolini, founder of Gastronauta and wine journalist of Il Sole 24 Ore and Radio24. Main theme of this year will be the artisan food, with a headline including Emanuele Scarello of the Agli Amici (Udine), Nicola Portinari of the La Peca, Antonia Klugmann of the L’Argine (Gorizia) and Giancarlo Perbellini of the La Casa di Perbellini.

In the exhibition area of Gourmandia Festival there will be spaces for producers and small and medium-sized companies from all over Italy. Amongst these, there will be also Carozzi Formaggi, cheese firm from Valsassina, that will bring taleggi pod, gorgonzola pod, goat cheese and the best of its production. There will also be a wine area with a selection of the best national wineries and an outdoor area for regional street food.

On May the 15th Stefano Zaninotto, Amorim Cork Italy quality manager, will host a seminar, "Defects of wine wanted”, by deepening the subject with a meeting aimed at experienced consumers and professionals.  The talk will be about the defects of wine and in particular how wine changes from food to symbol, how the defects change from biochemical to sensory, what a smart nose is, and to conclude a sensory analysis to put into practice the first part of the theory.
The Gastronauta - Cantina Tramin Award will also be delivered to the top 10 wine shops in Italy, selected through a poll between opinion leaders, journalists and wine lovers.
