Brimi Centro Latte Bressanone begins 2017 with a big news. From February, the new mozzarella Latte Fieno (125 gr) will be available in our supermarkets.
The fresh milk from Brimi hay is a natural and authentic milk. Cows are feeded by following the natural course of the seasons: with fresh grass and field plants during summer and with alpine hay in winter.
Mozzarella Latte Fieno is also a source of omega-3 fatty acids and OGM-free.
